2) Refugees from RIM or Android to iPhone
According to survey done by Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP), from the population of people who bought iPhones in April, 42% were switching from some other Smartphone and 38% were refugees from either Blackberry or Android. The rate of people switching from Smartphone to iPhone is up by 36% and the rate of refugees is up by 29% since February.
